Reactive Repair Urgency Levels and Response Times


P3: Non-urgent Service

Unit is fully functional but requires some maintenance.

  • P3 service response time is up to 7 business days and will not incur overtime charges

P1: Emergency Service

Unit is completely down or cannot function safely.

  • P1 service response time is 24 hours and overtime charges are approved

P2: Urgent Service

Unit is operating but at a limited capacity.

  • P2 service response time is 48 and may require overtime charges if approved
